Entries open for British GT 2020

British GT’s 2020 campaign starts here! The full-season entry process officially opened today just two weeks after 2019’s season concluded at Donington.

A maximum of 35 cars – three fewer than this year – will be accepted on a full-season basis, while additional entries are being accepted for Silverstone, both of Donington’s rounds and Spa-Francorchamps.

The championship featured a record 38 full-season entries this year. However, that number is now considered too many for circuits with a smaller pitlane capacity.

15 spaces have been initially reserved for GT3 entries, while the remaining 20 are earmarked for GT4s. This allocation could change depending on demand.

The first of nine races across seven rounds, all of which again feature live streaming coverage, take place at Oulton Park over Easter Bank Holiday Weekend (April 11 & 13). The date and venue for British GT’s annual Media Day will be announced shortly.

Those wishing to enter the championship or who require further information should contact championship manager Lauren Granville: lgranville@sro-motorsports.com
