> Seale partners Clutton in Pro/Am Lamborghini Huracan GT3 Evo
JMH Auto has reversed its decision to withdraw from the 2020 Intelligent Money British GT Championship after opting to attend this weekend’s season opener at Oulton Park.
The team’s Lamborghini Huracan GT3 Evo and amateur driver John Seale both featured on the full-season entry list issued at Media Day on March 3 only to subsequently withdraw as a result of the coronavirus pandemic. However, the team, Seale and Marcus Clutton will now contest this weekend’s two 60-minute races before deciding on potential future outings.
Seale made two British GT appearances with the Lamborghini and Jamie Stanley last year after debuting in the GTC class alongside Clutton at Donington in 2018.
Meanwhile, 31-year-old Clutton returns to the series for the first time since his GTC outing with Seale. He previously won the GT4 title driving an ABG Motorsport KTM X-Bow in 2011 and also partnered future Lamborghini factory driver Phil Keen in British GT’s long-since disbanded Supersport class in 2009.
Watch both of British GT’s season opening races live this Sunday on the championship’s website and Facebook page, as well as SRO’s GT World Youtube channel, or reserve tickets to attend before 16:00 BST this Friday via https://oultonpark.msv.com/OP-20-BGT.
