Steller eyeing multi-class British GT entry

> Seats available in Audi-supported R8 GT3 and GT4s

Steller Motorsport could field as many as three Audis across the Intelligent Money British GT Championship’s GT3 and GT4 classes this year.

The Buckinghamshire-based squad graduated to the senior category for the first time last year but is now unable to return with the same Silver Cup pairing of Sennan Fielding and Richard Williams after the class became obsolete.

While the car remains available with Audi Sport Customer Racing factory support for prospective Pro-Am and Silver-Am crews, Steller has also indicated ambitions to enter two R8 LMS GT4s - the same model with which it won twice in 2019.

“Our Audis are amongst the quickest, most reliable, and most cost-efficient packages on the marketplace right now and whilst there is solid interest in racing with us we are still looking to push forward with new members of the Steller family,” said team principal Gary Blackham.

“We want to put on a strong show both on and off track this year and I’d be delighted to hear from anyone that wants to hear more about what we have on offer for the 2021 season.”

Brands Hatch hosts the opening round of this year’s Intelligent Money British GT Championship on May 22/23.
