The Intelligent Money British GT Championship will host its first media day since 2020 on March 14 when the series visits Donington Park for a pre-season get together.
Snetterton staged the last media day three years ago, just two weeks before the impending coronavirus pandemic forced the UK into lockdown.
It will also be the first time since 2019 that the championship has staged its pre-season event at Donington, which will now host a full day of British GT testing exactly one month before the season begins in earnest at Oulton Park.
By that point the majority of 2023’s entries should be known. As well as new drivers and teams, the list is likely to include several new cars, such as the Porsche 911 GT3 R and McLaren Artura GT4.
It will also be the first opportunity for fans – who can attend free of charge – to see the class of 2023 on track.
Unlike previous media days, track time is exclusively reserved for British GT entries, which are likely to be in action throughout the day.
