2025 ENTRY: Beechdean reveals new look for 15th British GT season with Aston Martin

Beechdean AMR has unveiled a new livery and driver line up ahead of its 15th British GT Championship campaign with Aston Martin Racing.

Team founder and two-time champion Andrew Howard was joined by Tom Wood at Aston Martin’s base this evening to pull back the wraps from Beechdean AMR’s Vantage GT3, which this year features significant branding from fast food disruptor, Sides.

The Silver-Am duo made an instant impression during their only outing together last season at Brands Hatch where Wood claimed fastest lap on his series return and GT3 debut. His previous British GT4 outings had come as a 16 and 17-year-old back in 2018 and ‘19 before moving to Europe.

"I’m really excited to be joining Beechdean AMR for my first full season in the British GT Championship, especially in such a milestone year for the team,” he said. “After a strong race at Brands Hatch last season, it’s great to continue alongside Andrew and get the opportunity to race the Aston Martin Vantage GT3 for a full campaign. I’m looking forward to the challenge, and with the experience and support of the team behind us, I’m confident we can fight for some great results this year."

Sixth overall and second in Silver-Am at Brands represented Beechdean AMR’s best results of the 2024 campaign. And with Wood now locked in full time, Howard is confident of making further progress.

But he also paid tribute to Beechdean AMR’s legacy with Aston Martin, which began with a GT4 entry in 2008 before encompassing all four iterations of GT3 model.

"Celebrating 15 years in British GT with Aston Martin Racing is a fantastic achievement for Beechdean Motorsport,” he said. “We’ve built a strong legacy in the championship, and with Tom continuing alongside me, we’re ready to push for success in 2025. Partnering with Sides is a great step forward for the team, and we’re incredibly grateful to all our sponsors and supporters who continue to back us. It’s shaping up to be an exciting season."

The opening round of this year’s championship takes place at Donington Park on April 5-6.
