Porsche Carrera Cup GB graduate Aiden Neate has linked up with former British GT4 title contender Josh Miller in Mahiki Racing’s third and final Lotus Emira.
The Silver partnership joins Pro-Am duos Steven Lake/Jack Mitchell and Ian Duggan/Joe Wheeler at the team.
Miller finished third in GT4’s 2022 standings with R Racing and contested the class again the following year before moving on to the GT4 European Series powered by RAFA Racing Club in 2024.
Still only 19, he’s now back in the familiar national surroundings where he also previously raced in Ginetta Juniors.
“This official partnership with Lotus marks the start of an exciting new journey for the team, one I’m honoured to be a part of,” he said. “2024 was an impressive first year for Mahiki Racing, and they look to take all they’ve learnt into 2025. With the monumental amount of work the team have put in behind the scenes together with Lotus, I’m confident we’ll well and truly be a part of the championship fight this season. I’ve genuinely missed the incredible atmosphere, and passionate fans that attend British GT, and I look forward to an exciting season ahead!”
His 18-year-old co-driver makes his GT4 debut this year after graduating from single-seaters to one-make Porsches in 2024. He finished third and sixth two years earlier in F4 UAE and British F4, respectively – results that saw him recruited by the Alpine F1 Academy.
“I’m extremely excited to get started with Mahiki in the Lotus Emira GT4,” he said. “Meeting everyone for the first time filled me with confidence for the year ahead, and being able to work with an amazing group of people. Now I’m looking forward to the start of the campaign.”
2025’s full-season British GT entry list will be revealed during media day at Silverstone this Friday before Donington hosts round one on April 5-6.
